In 2010 I had came to the realization that I need to sell my home. I found my self lost and confused about my options. I found my self asking friends and family if they had a realator I can trust to no avail. I found my self scard sitting in front of the phone book contplating wich one to call. The first one I called a woman answerd and it was Fay on the other end. As nervous as I was after a few words into our convosation I knew I was in good hands and all the worrie and anxity of my situation seamed to subside. During the whole process from putting my house on the market to sitting at the title company at the close of escro. Fay had made that difficult time seam like a walk the park. It has been 4 years since the sale of my home. To this day Fay is still a phone call away and has become a valued friend. I strongly recomend Fay to anyone who is in need of help weather it's bad or good she will be by your side the whole way.

Showed me properties in Mountain House, CA back in 2008, she did the negotiations with the builder to which landed me in a better position in acquiring the property.
